2013 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SHOOT

On Oct 20th club members hit the skeet and trap fields to determine who got their name engraved on the club champion trophy that hangs on the wall of fame at the Calvert City Gun Club.
Clear skies, cool temps, and breezy conditions made the perfect afternoon for the friendly competition.
After the 50 skeet targets and 50 trap target scores were turned in, it didn't take long to see that once again, Barry Stevenson would hold on to his current title of "CLUB CHAMPION"! Barry was the only shooter of the day to turn in a perfect score of 100!
As always at Calvert City Gun Club, good food was provided by the club members. What would go better with the fall conditions? You got it.... Chili and all the fixings! Thanks to all the ones who brought their special recipes! Like we say at Calvert City Gun Club, " It's not shooting unless were eating!"
Thanks to all who helped make this another great club shoot! Lets work to make next years even better! There's some more pictures of the shoot below!
